FlowCon International ApS, Trafikcenter Allé 17, DK-4200 Slagelse, Denmark (‘FlowCon’) invites you to visit the FlowCon website (‘Site’), but first please read these Terms of Use (‘Terms’) carefully. These Terms describe your rights and obligations and include important disclaimers. BY USING THE SITE YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the Site.

    The Site is owned and operated by FlowCon.

    We grant you permission to browse the Site and to print or download material available from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you respect all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices. You are not allowed to copy, re-produce, re-publish, upload, transmit or distribute the content of the Site, including texts, images, audio and video for public or commercial purposes, without prior written permission from FlowCon. You will warrant FlowCon that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful, immoral or prohibited by these Terms.

    We may provide hyperlinks to 3rd party sites and such linked sites are not under the control of FlowCon and are in no way FlowCon’s responsibility regarding content of any such linked sites. If you decide to access any of the 3rd party sites linked to this Site, this will at your own risk.
    3rd parties may only provide hyperlinks to the FlowCon web frontpage. Any links to underlying sites require prior written permission from FlowCon.

    We put great effort in maintaining and updating the Site and consequently content of the Site is subject to frequent modifications without prior notice. We care to provide accurate and up-to-date content but none-the-less, FlowCon cannot guarantee the correct and actual status of said content. Users accept FlowCon's disclaimer on Site content, Site software or for any use made of it.

Some of the names, signs and logos on this Site are protected trademarks or trade names. Any copy, adaptation, translation, arrangement, modification, or any other use of all or any part of the Site’s protected elements, in any form and by any means, is strictly prohibited.

    We collect and process information on user behavior for statistic and marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

FlowCon does not warrant that the software used for this Site as well as information and any website-based services are error-free, or that their use will be uninterrupted.     You shall have no rights to the proprietary software and related documentation, or any updates or modifications thereto, which are made available to you on the Site. You may not sub-license, assign or transfer any licenses granted by FlowCon and you may not otherwise copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derived versions from such software.
  11. Disputes – Applicable Law – Venue
    This Site resides on a server in Denmark. You agree that these Terms and your use of this Site shall be governed by Danish law and the venue for legal action shall be the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen, Denmark.
